This is a drill I use often. Teaches the outfielder to turn, locate the cut off and make a strong, accurate throw. Teaches the cut off man to line up for the throw, make a easy to pick up target, take the throw on the glove side and turn and make a good throw.
After the pile of balls is gone, dump the full bucket, flip the lines and go the opposite way.
